Eating Before Bed= No Sleep and/or Wacky Dreams

I LEARNT MY LESSON.
So the "don't eat after six" rule is to prevent a night of insanity.

When we eat before bed, our bodies are desperately trying to digest our midnight meals.
The lack of sleep occurs when the digesting food releases energy into our sleepy systems, keeping us agitated and awake.
With our bodies remaining still under the covers the energy moves elsewhere giving us an overactive mind- hence the Wacky dreams.
Of course everything depends on what it is you're scarfing down at 1 in the morning.
But with our taste buds being at their peek at 3am (YES! at 3am food will taste its best, mostly because we have a rested and untainted pallet at that time) how can you avoid grabbing a molten- dark-chocolate- gooey brownie?

Time is not my friend- food is a naughty lover
